CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

The registration fee includes access for District of Columbia State Sorors, Amicae, and Guests to the Friday Opening Awards Program, and the Conference activities to include business sessions (including elections) and workshops during the 2023 District of Columbia Leadership Conference. The conference will be held on Saturday, February 22nd through Sunday, February 23rd at Caldwell Hall, Catholic University, 620 Michigan Ave NW, Washington, DC 20064

 

The Friday evening (February 21st) Opening Awards Program is open to the public, which may be attended without a fee for conference registrants.  Non-conference attendees will need to RSVP on the website using the link below. The event will be at Heritage Hall inside O'Connell Hall, Catholic University, 620 Michigan Ave NW, Washington, DC 20064 and will be from 6:00pm-9:30pm.  Doors open at 6:30pm and there will be a reception immediately following the program.

 

Please carefully review the following information to avoid delays in the processing of your registration.

 

Deadline

The registration deadline is February 16, 2025.

 

Registration Fees             

Graduate Soror: $175

Crystal Dove Soror (Zeta for 50+ Years): $145

Undergraduate Soror:  $90

Amicae: $150

Guest Soror & Guest Amicae (Financial): $175

Only if you are unable to register via the State website, please use the Google form link HERE to complete an electronic registration form and make payment by the February 16th Deadline.

 

Election Voting

To ensure the State Election process complies with voting rules, if a Soror is participating in the voting process, the ballot must be anonymous. Each registered Soror must have a unique email address to receive the election ballot for state officer voting, and the email must be provided when registering. Sorors must be present at the conference in the business session to receive an election ballot.

Transfer & Refund Process

​

Written requests for registration transfers or refunds must be received on or before February 17, 2025. Requests will not be accepted after February 17, 2025, and fees for no shows will not be refunded. Please use the following link to submit any Transfer or Refund requests.

Professional Headshots

 

Attendees will have the opportunity to have professional headshots taken during the conference. 3 digital edited headshots will be sent directly to attendees from the photographer. Payment can be made when completing the registration form. Photography will be done by Soror Lisa Turner, “Treasured Memories Photography by Lisa”.

 

Headshot prices:

Graduate Sorors, Amicae, and Guests: $65

Undergraduate Sorors: $40
